The course is suitable for golfers of all ages and abilities. The flat parkland layout is easy on the legs, yet the narrow fairways and water hazards make it a challenge. The 9 holes are played over 48 acres of parkland terrain with a par of 35 and a yardage of 2980 yards. Competition players use a secondary set of tees giving a fresh challenge on almost all the holes. On several holes the length changes by up to 70 yards substantially changing the character of the holes.
